Medical Massage- Working together with our clients we form personal health and mobility goals. Using an interdisiplinary approach, we work with clients on a weekly or biweekly basis to help acheive these goals. Approaches include Deep Tissue Massage, Injury Related Massage Treatment, E-Stim, Assisted Streching and Core Exercises. $80/$110/$140
Therapeutic Massage-
This session will consist of deep tissue, neuromuscular techniques focusing on immediately relieving your painful trigger points ("knots" in muscles) while stretching and relaxing your muscles giving you relief. You will be left feeling more free in your body able to move easier with less effort and more comfort. Sessions available in one hour, one and a half hour, and two hour time frames. $80/$110/$140
Chair Massage-
Your Place offers chair massage for any and all events. From intimate get together s to corporate packages we are sure to have something to meet your needs. Please visit our corporate wellness page for more information on this service.
Pregnancy Deep Tissue- Looking for more then just a relaxation massage during your pregancy? We are happy to offer a deep tissue massage to expectent mothers looking for relief from the intense back pain caused during pregnancy. $80/$110/$140
E-Stim-
We are proud to offer E-Stim as an added therapy to your next service! E- Stim is a useful tool for prevention and relief of muscle spasm, muscle re-education, maintaining and increasing the range of motion, and increasing local blood circulation. Common candidates for Electric Muscle Stimulator (EMS) include those in high stress situations who experience continual muscle tension in the upper back and neck areas, and those who suffer from chronic tension headaches. If you would like to know more information about this future service, please speak with your therapist and find out if you are a good candidate! This service is available in addition to a therapeutic massage.
Swedish Massage-
This is more of your traditionally lighter and relaxing massage great for a full body refresher. You will be left feeling revitalized and ready to take on the world. This service is offered in one, one and half, and two hour sessions. $80/$110/$140
